In order to ensure optimal cooperation between maintenance and operations, FARNAIR reverted to in-house maintenance receiving its own JAR 145 Authorisation in July 2002.
Certified Quality
FARNAIR was IOSA-certified in 2013 and applies an Integrated Quality Management System, certified according to ISO 9001-2008 Quality Standards.
This was successfully brought into line with the new EASA regulations in November 2004, when FARNAIR Switzerland became an EASA part 145 organisation authorised to perform line and base maintenance on Beech 1900C/D and line maintenance on ATR 42/72.
